From start to finish, any questions that I had, Carl was there to answer them. Easily accessible by phone or online. Can't say that much about any company anymore. Just following directions supplied, the front end was very close to being in alignment! If all of that isn't enough, it was probably 1000 bucks cheaper than the other one. I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you of my start to finish experience with Carl Gerst and his suspension kits that he offers. While doing my initial research on all of the front kits that are available, a few were immediately eliminated from my choices. Some I received no replies from and some others were "the best and most complete kits." I received sales pitches from some as well. I know just enough to know what I want.
